Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, tracking, and controlling project cost and schedule performance to ensure chemical industry projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Acts as the central point for progress monitoring and reporting.
Responsible for planning, tracking, and controlling project cost and schedule performance to ensure chemical industry projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Acts as the central point for progress monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
- Track progress against baseline schedules and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Prepare cost forecasts, variance reports, and earned value analyses.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on deadlines.
- Support management with data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical sector.
- Proficiency in scheduling and cost-control software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced scheduling and cost management expertise.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Languages:
- Fluent in English
Compensation: $72,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
